This is why I love what I do.
It’s not just about coffee.

It’s about having a little space where people can sit, relax, catch up, have a chat… and occasionally be joined by some very cute four-legged customers. 🐾🥰

Which brings me to Honey. 🥹
Just casually stealing the show while nailing the assignment.
Honestly, I think she might be my new favourite regular. 😂🐶

🌧️ Rainy Monday… the perfect weather for coffee, cake and pretending we have our lives together. 😂☕

It’s been a busy little week behind the scenes, with a few cakes heading out the door and some catering keeping me on my toes.

So, just a little reminder that yes, I make cakes too!

I’m still fighting off this pesky cold, so Daily Double will be closed tomorrow (Saturday) while I attempt to convince my immune system to get its act together. 😂

Sorry to anyone who was planning a coffee and a treat — I promise the coffee machine isn’t getting a holiday… just me! ☕😜

But watch this space! 👀

With football wrapped up, I’m already planning a few fun things for the upcoming Saturdays.

☕ Well… we’ve officially gone deeper down the cruffin rabbit hole. 😂

Today’s experiment: Biscoff Cruffins

Filled with Biscoff, topped with more Biscoff and finished with a generous sprinkle of Biscoff crumb.

And because yesterday’s sweet croissants disappeared rather suspiciously quickly… I’ve doubled down. 😏

Today we have S’more Croissants — filled with marshmallow fluff, chocolate and Biscoff crumbs.

You may recognise Demi from her coffee-slinging days at The Bale — and yes, she’s a bit of a coffee pro. 😉

Demi will be holding the fort from 11:30am–2pm tomorrow, so I’m closing the made-to-order menu from 11:30am.

But don't worry — the cabinet will still be stocked with plenty of goodies to keep you fed. 😋

So pop in, grab a coffee, say hi to Demi and have a chat!
