BEERS is taking over the kitchen at Volstead this Thursday (August 31st) to launch 'BIRRIA by Bacon Bros' - in collaboration with The Fine Lion chef, Kinnear.

We're doing our own take on TACOS using our low and slow BBQ meats. Both Kinnear and Troy have whipped up some real treats for us, so stay tuned on the socials to see the samples they make!

An epic master class at BEERS today, 55 people in attendance !! 🔥

Had the OG master Matt Pickersgill from Truck Norris Texas BBQ by my side, running the pits and the Espetosul Rotisserie units. (His 7 year old son JACK cooked an SCA NZ steak worthy of a GOLDEN TICKET !!)

The spread on the table at the end was the cherry on top !
