45ml Absolut Lime
20ml Lime Juice
15ml Gomme Syrup
Crushed Ice
Soda Water
2 Sprig Mint Leaf
2 Wedge Lime

Add one lime and sprig of mint to a highball glass. Muddle. Fill a highball glass with crushed ice. Add Absolut Lime, lime juice and gomme syrup. Top up with soda water. Garnish with a mint leaf and a lime wedge.
