🇵🇭To celebrate Philippine Independence Day (12th of June), let’s shine a spotlight on Adobo, one of the most beloved and iconic Filipino dishes.
Filipino Adobo(Chicken or Pork) is widely regarded as the national dish of the Philippines, but it has never been officially declared as such by the Philippine government.
It is cooked throughout the country, with many regional and family variations. It reflects Filipino cooking traditions by using vinegar, garlic, and spices for both flavor and preservation.
Here at Namets, we’re proud to share our version of Chicken Adobo to share the Filipino culture and hospitality here in New Zealand 🇳🇿 🎉.
Happy 128th Independence Day Philippines!🇵🇭🎉
