Dimitris Greek Food is looking for a full‑time (long term) team member to join our crew. Fast‑paced, friendly, and hands‑on. This full-time role will see you as part of our operations, all round position with a rotating roster.
What you'll be doing:
- Greeting and taking customers orders, and use of POS Systems
- Preparing and serving Souvlakis and platters.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Restocking and rotating inventory as needed
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Cooking on a BBQ Grill
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in hospitality role is preferred but not necessary
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiasm to learn new skills
- Work a range of shifts (rotating roster), including evenings and weekends.
- A positive, friendly and team-oriented attitude
