Continuing this week’s keto theme, here’s an ultra low carb pizza method. Place baking paper on a large flat oven tray then spread a thin but continuous layer of frozen cauliflower rice over the paper into a pizza shape, add ground pepper and a cup and 1/2 of grated cheese, a sprinkle of herbs and chicken salt. Bake in pre heated oven at 180 until cheese has browned (check after 15 min)
Remove tray from oven and add crushed garlic, slices of chopped chorizo, chopped chives, thinly sliced onion, halved stoneless olives, sliced mushrooms and grated cheese then return to oven and check after another 20 min
When ready remove from oven and allow to cool somewhat then cut the pizza with a pizza wheel. The pizza illustrated served two with virtually no carbs
