As we near Spring, we will be looking to gather the other food trucks back. This is dependent on volumes of people coming through - so make us busier and we will provide more food options :-)

Well we said that we would support New Brighton on Thursday nights until the end of March with our food trucks. And we are now at the end of March.

Thanks to everyone that came by. We certainly appreciate each and everyone of you.

What happens now? Well, with the pools opening from Friday 31 March, we will be out not only on Thursday nights, but Friday nights as well!

Yes that’s right Pierside Collective will be open BOTH Thursday and Friday nights from 5pm - 830pm moving forward.

So what are you waiting for? Come and dine with us in our upstairs area, or grab some takeaways.

Weather is shaping up well, but we also have the upstairs inside dining available with Pierside Collective in the old Argo site.
