🔥 WHAT A DAY AT BBQ HQ! 🔥
Our Sausage Sensei class wrapped up today — and what an epic, packed-out BBQ HQ experience it was! 🌭🔥
A massive thank you to Bill Dumas, Willie T, and Matt Pickersgill for delivering such a unique, hands-on, and seriously enjoyable class. The knowledge shared, the laughs had, and of course the incredible sausages produced made for a brilliant day all round.
From technique to flavour building, casing tips to cooking methods — this was next-level learning for everyone in the room.
Thanks to everyone who joined us and made it such a great atmosphere. If today proved anything, it’s that sausage-making is equal parts craft, science, and a whole lot of fun.
