Our Sausage Sensei class wrapped up today — and what an epic, packed-out BBQ HQ experience it was! 🌭🔥

A massive thank you to Bill Dumas, Willie T, and Matt Pickersgill for delivering such a unique, hands-on, and seriously enjoyable class. The knowledge shared, the laughs had, and of course the incredible sausages produced made for a brilliant day all round.

From technique to flavour building, casing tips to cooking methods — this was next-level learning for everyone in the room.

Thanks to everyone who joined us and made it such a great atmosphere. If today proved anything, it’s that sausage-making is equal parts craft, science, and a whole lot of fun.

🥩🔥 Congratulations to Our 13 New Steak Cookoff Association Certified Judges! 🔥🥩

What a fantastic evening here at BBQs Direct BBQ HQ on Friday night - we’re proud to share that 13 new judges were officially certified at our latest SCA Judges Course! 👏

A big congratulations to everyone who took part. It’s great to see the BBQ community continuing to grow in both knowledge and passion for steak competition.

Huge thanks to our presenters Carl Grainger and Izzy Evers for delivering an engaging and insightful class and sharing their experience from the judging table.
