Our next working bee will be this Sunday 18 May. It’s forecast to rain, but unless it’s really heavy I’ll we’ll be there.
Over the winter we'll be continuing to move young trees to areas where they'll grow better and also winter pruning.
We generally try and avoid having working bees on the long weekends, but this can muck up our two week schedule, as it did recently with Anzac Day and Easter, or is about to do with King Birthday and Matariki.
To work around this, we’ll have two lots of two in a row in May and June. So dates for winter working bees will be as follows:
May 18 & 25
June 8, 15 & 29
July 13 & 27
August 7, 17 & 31
