By the time we're making, packing and sending these meals out to you next week, we'll be past the longest night / shortest day.
Do remember that when the days lengthen, the cold strengthens! So proper winter is in front of us.....but it's lovely to know that the days are starting (ever so slowly at 1st) to stretch out again.
Great meals as always, but these are massively popular meals that we struggle to keep up with the demand for. Keep warm, enjoy the sight of snow on the alps and enjoy these great meals coming next week.

Braised Beef Pot Pie: Tender beef braise under a pastry crust, with scalloped potatoes and julienne carrot.
Sweet and Sour Chicken: Tender boneless chicken in a lovely sweet and sour sauce. With vegetables and pineapple chunks. Served with basmati. (GF, DF)
Chicken Marbella: Now an RRK Classic. A dish from 1960's New York. Chicken cooked with prunes, capers and green olives in a beautiful rich sauce. Served with potato gratin. (GF)
Pumpkin and Feta Arancini: Crumbed, deep-fried rice balls served with Italian Tomato Sauce, pesto and parmesan. (V)
Coming Wednesday
Corned Silverside & Mustard Sauce: with mashed potatoes, carrots, parsnips and pearl onions and the delicious mustard sauce.
Braised Lamb Shanks: with mash, roasted carrots and a rich gravy. Fall off the bone tender! They will probably sell out again. (GF, DF)
