After seeing this viral two ingredient cheesecake pop up on my feed, I just had to try it out!

I’ve used our mini gingernuts for this, and it’s totally delish!

Our new gluten free in store bakery products are now available around the South Island and in most New World and Pak n Save stores in Christchurch.

Please note that not all of the bakery departments have a dedicated gluten free stand, so keep an eye out for the blue border on the label. We added that to make them easier to find!

The recent floods in the Tasman region have hit the community hard, and it's been heartening to see the great community response helping each other out.

The team at The Big Bake Up have been doing an incredible job baking, co-ordinating and distributing food parcels to those affected by the flooding.

We wanted to support their great work, and those affected who might have coeliac disease or a gluten intolerance. We also added some ginger kisses, because if you can eat gluten, you shouldn't be missing out on them! 😋

New product alert!

We now have a selection of gluten free products available in the in store bakery section of selected South Island supermarkets. They are the same products you know and love, with just some size changes.

The apricot and berry bites are available in a handy four pack, and the biscuits are a smaller size, with 16 per packet. Perfect for entertaining and for children - there are more to go around!

These are still being rolled out, and won't be available in all stores yet, but keep an eye out for them at your favourite Jon Jon gluten free stockist.
