Some things just can’t be rushed.

Every batch of kimchi starts with quality ingredients, and one of the most special is saeujeot — traditional Korean salted shrimp, gifted to us by our family in Korea. It’s a small ingredient that makes a huge difference, adding the deep savoury flavour that authentic kimchi is known for.

Now it’s time to let nature do the rest.

This batch will be perfectly fermented and ready just in time for Fire & Feast. 🔥🇰🇷
