We’re looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and confident Dessert Bar Manager to join the Sweet As team! 🧇🍦

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role in our new Dessert Bar in Brighton and help us take things to the next level.

We’re looking for someone who:

Has great customer service skills
Is confident leading a small team
Is organised and reliable
Has hospitality experience
Has social media experience and is confident creating content on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Is available and able to work throughout the peak summer period
Has a good eye for detail
Isn’t afraid to get stuck in and have a bit of fun!
You’ll be involved in the day-to-day running of the Dessert Bar, including staff, customer service, stock, opening/closing, social media and keeping everything running smoothly.
