I donât know about you, but sometimes I get mega chocolate cravings and want to eat an entire block of chocolate.
Which is both completely fine (we love our body, our feelings, and all are welcome, etc.) and entirely counterproductive to⌠well, the rest of my week essentially.
The thing is, craving chocolate isnât my body craving sugar. Sheâs a clever lady. And what Iâve come to learn and love about her intuitive wisdom is that she knows exactly what she wants and how to make me get it for her.
Unfortunately for her, in my younger years I didnât know much about magnesium. And living in New Zealand means any chance of getting it from our veggies is pretty futile because our soil here is basically void of magnesium.
So she did what she does best. She improvised and found a very good source of magnesium in chocolate.
Caveat: most chocolate is full of stuff that outweighs the benefits of magnesium.
