When he built Pom’s Thai Kitchen with us, the trailer changed what he could take on: no more lost days to weather, and big events like Christmas in the Park suddenly within reach. One build, with the woks doubling as wok stations and a soup pot.

It went so well, he came back for a second: Spuddy, serving the jacket potatoes he grew up on in England.
