Back in our early days, Cory was in the kitchen experimenting, chasing a burger that felt bold, smoky and different. Out of that came the Beef Brisket Reuben Burger, stacked with smoked brisket, sauerkraut, swiss cheese and russian aioli.

We thought it might be a one-off but it took on a life of its own. Since then we’ve served thousands of Reuben Burgers and it’s still one of the first things people ask for when they walk through our doors.

From a late night idea to a Smoke n Barrel legend, Cory absolutely nailed this one!
