From the pristine cool waters of New Zealand

Rolling into chowder season with plenty of freshly made seafood chowder heading into the freezer. Wondering what the green stuff is? It's wakame! Think of it as sea parsley. Works very well with the seafood, adds to the flavour and gives you an extra bump of nutrition 🌿
