🇲🇽🌶️ A little taste of Mexico, made in Cromwell!

Something different in the La Bottega kitchen today!

We're preparing handmade enchiladas for a local Airbnb with a Mexican-inspired atmosphere.

🌮 Beef, chicken and vegetarian options, filled with delicious ingredients, topped with enchilada sauce, cheese and spring onions.

A little Mexican flavour, with plenty of La Bottega love! ❤️💚

🍝 Today’s quality control… Beef Cheek Ragù with fresh Reginette! 🇮🇹

Fresh Reginette pasta made with local free-range eggs, tossed through our slow-cooked beef cheek ragù, finished with butter, Parmigiano Reggiano & Pecorino Romano. 🤌

And yes… someone had to taste it. Tough job, but we managed. 😋😂
