A fun little collaboration sausage with ‘The Philosophers’ brew guys for a Friday!

Their first commercial brew ‘The Drunken Sheep - English Brown Ale’ which was on a limited tap run at .nz a few weeks ago impressed us some much one night we needed to make a snag with it!

‘The Drunken Lamb Sausage’ With a healthy dose of Brown Ale, Rosemary, Nutmeg, Mint, Mase, and Allspice has passed the taste test and is on this weekend at the Butcher shop! 🔪 The Philosophers

A few years ago a bunch of like minded folk would gather on a Thursday evening and discuss the local, national, and world problems over a social pint or two.

Solving the problems was one thing, remembering the solution the next day was another.

From this group The Philosophers Guild was born and they spent a few years brewing, enjoying, and perfecting some beverages.

Now the Philosophers have made another leap, producing beers that we enjoy over a good yarn.

The Philosophers, solving the worlds problems, one pint at a time.
