🍽️ A little teamwork for a great cause! ❤️

Last Thursday evening, seven of our Bidfood Dunedin sales team headed to the Dunedin Town Hall to volunteer behind the bars and serve food at the Dunedin Supper Club!

Dunedin Supper Club brings together some of our city’s amazing dining destinations for a fantastic evening of food, fun and fundraising in support of Ronald McDonald House Charities New Zealand — helping families stay close when their children need hospital care. ❤️

We’re incredibly proud to have been part of such a special event, alongside the wonderful volunteers, organisers and sponsors who make it all happen.

A huge shout-out to our amazing Bidfood customers who got behind the evening by hosting tables and showcasing the fantastic hospitality Dunedin has to offer. It’s always special seeing our local foodservice community come together, not just over great food, but for a cause that makes a real difference.

Great people, great food, and an even greater cause. What a night! 🙌

🌟 Meet the Team: Evan, Assistant Produce Manager 🌟

This month we're shining the spotlight on Evan, our Assistant Produce Manager!

Evan has been part of the Bidfood team for five years, starting out as a Driver then promoted to Supervisor to our Assistant Produce Manager 3 years ago.

What does Evan enjoy most about the role? The variety that each day brings. From quality control to sourcing and purchasing produce, no two days are the same, and that's what keeps the role exciting.

🥓 Favourite Bidfood Product:�"The Pork BRT. It's great value, you get a lot out of it, and it's very tasty!"

🚵 Fun Fact:�Evan previously raced downhill mountain bikes competitively and has a goal of one day completing the Aotearoa Cycle Trail Tour, riding from Cape Reinga to Bluff. The journey typically takes around seven weeks to complete!

It’s been a truly wonderful couple of months connecting with our extended Central Otago customer family! 🥰

If you didn’t know, Bidfood Dunedin is now delivering as far as Clyde! 🚚

We’ve been met with warmth, kindness and genuine hospitality, and our drivers have loved every moment, from the friendly faces at each stop to the breathtaking scenery along the way! 🏔️
