This is another throwback appreciation post fitting for Samoan Language Week.✨

Hitting the ground running for my first booking of 2026, was creating this two-tiered beauty with three accompanying gifting cakes just 3 days after getting off the plane from my Christmas holiday.✈️

We celebrated Aunty Silia’s 80th at the Kensington Sports Bar and Tavern surrounded by her family, love, and plenty of cherished memories... and cake! 🎂

Throwing it back to an awesome session with the Brockville Community Hub! 🎂✨

Back in November 2025, they reached out wanting to learn the tricks behind buttercream image transfers, so I packed up some icing and spent a fast-paced, fun afternoon sharing a few secrets of the trade. It went by in an absolute flash, but seeing everyone dive in and bring their designs to life meant the world.

Days like this are exactly why I love what I do. It's all about connecting, creating, and sharing the love. Huge thanks to the lovely ladies who organized it and everyone who turned up with such great energy.

Still pinching myself over this one! 🥹✨ Another throwback!

When Penina O le Moana reached out to ask me to create the cake for their big Gala 2025 at the Toitū Otago Settlers Museum, I was incredibly honoured (and a little bit nervous!).

It meant the absolute world to me that they trusted my kitchen with such a special milestone celebration. 🤍

​For the design, we brought their beautiful community logo and vibrant colors to life on a grand, two-tiered display. Inside, it was the best of both worlds: layers of rich chocolate cake and classic, fluffy vanilla.

​A massive thank you to the komiti for having faith in my work. It’s an honour I won't soon forget!

This shift allows us to focus on the details that matter... like our artisan Pani Popo dough and our market-fresh seafood.

✨️Happy Easter from our family to yours!

Sweet Revelations are taking a well earned break this year, opting to forgo a bake sale and instead chosing to spend time relaxing and making the most of the school holidays!

Our children have supported the business in more ways than you could imagine so it is only fitting I take a break and enjoy the holidays with them while I can.

Keeping in mind the rea*on for the sea*on, we give thanks and gratitude to the Lord our saviour for his sacrifice and we will continue to live in his name.

✨️Are you heading to the Moana Nui festival this Saturday?

Fakaalofa lahi atu.🇳🇺

Come down to the annual festival and experience culture and entertainment, Pacific Island style!

🌺 Thanks to our friends at Pacific Trust Otago, Forsyth Barr, the Dunedin City Council, Well South and Mercy Hospital, this event is sure to deliver in Pasifika flair and attitude.

🇳🇺 My family will be showcasing food and crafts in the Niue Village so make sure you pop by and say hi.

🎉The boys are busy making kahoa, a traditional necklace with a modern twist, made with ribbon and faux florals ready for you to wear on the day, to wear at your next Pasifika function or give it away.

🍽Our food menu consists of taro, polo tosisi, polo poaka, coconut bread, pitako and a refreshing coconut and mango drink.

💛💛💛💛 Look for the bright yellow Niue flag, thats where we will be, at the Niue Village. And then head over to the islands of the pacific for more of the same vibe: community, crafts, celebration and food!!!
