Enjoying some Hidden Gems from the for some creative cooking.

Fresh Peas a week back from our Neighbours… Waikouaiti Gardens! Smashed with Whitestone Feta and Mint and a drizzle of Lemon Juice.

WaeWae Leeks in a Whitestone Vintage Windsor Blue Béchamel. Then something new using the Beetroot leaves and stems from these good people and sautéing with Garlic and Lemon in Olive Oil.

Of course this screamed out Lamb at its finest from our market stall. We leave the fat cap on our Frenched Racks to enjoy the crispness for each cutlet.
