Last day of the holidays calling for pikelets 🥞
Yes, it’s technically muffin batter — turns out it makes genuinely excellent pikelets too. Straight from the freezer, into the pan, done in minutes.
Drizzle of maple syrup for the treat feel... while a few of their 5+ a day sneak in without anyone clocking it. Apple, banana, carrot — no added sugar, no added salt, just real food doing the work quietly. 😉

Let's talk about what "convenient" actually means. 🤔
A dry mix still needs you to add eggs, milk, butter — by the time you've done all that, you may as well have just baked from scratch. Flour alone was never the hard part.
Our mix is genuinely complete — wet and dry, real fruit and veg, already in the bag. Nothing to add, nothing to remember at the shops. Just thaw, pour, bake.
Not a dry mix. Not a "sort of convenient" mix. Actually convenient. 🧡

We’re a frozen baking mix co. — and here’s why that’s the whole point. ❄️
Being frozen means we never needed preservatives or additives to begin with. Nothing to keep “fresh” when the freezer’s already doing that job — so the ingredient list stays exactly what it should be: real fruit and veg with normal baking ingredients, nothing else.
It’s also why we’re genuinely convenient, not just “convenient for a frozen thing.” Everything — wet and dry, fruit and veg included — is already in the bag. No butter, eggs, milk or oil to add. Just thaw, pour, and bake.
