Job description:
Moyles has serviced the greater Green Island area in Dunedin for over 50 years.

This role is critical in helping us to achieve our vision of continuing superior service and quality in our produce department. We expect that you will have an eye for detail, be fresh focused, tenacious and be convinced of your competency to achieve high standards in your work and from your team. You will need to be physically fit. For our part we can offer the opportunity of working in a unique franchised environment that is the best of both worlds - working alongside owner operators with the support of one of the largest supermarket organisations in NZ.

Work hours will be Sunday to Thursday, remuneration can be negotiated with the successful applicant and a position description is available on request.

Working relationships:
Reporting directly to the Produce Supervisor, this is a role where you will be accountable for pricing and the achievement of all financial budgets, as well as procurement working with our established suppliers.

Purpose of position:
This position requires a dedicated eye for detail to deliver excellence in all areas of your responsibility, an understanding of first-rate customer service, a strong desire to "go the extra mile" to succeed, and a positive outlook where you are confident that YOU and your skills can make the difference.

Qualifications required:
Direct recent experience in a similar role will positively influence your application; however, produce training can be given if you have relevant fresh food experience. This is a hands-on role and heavy lifting is required.
