A little winter reminder from the team at Moyle’s FreshChoice Green Island!
Like many businesses at the moment, influenza, colds and the usual winter bugs have hit our team hard. We’ve had a lot of staff away, which sometimes means we’re running on a very, very skeleton crew.
We really appreciate your patience and understanding when things take a little longer than usual. Our team are doing their absolute best to keep the shelves stocked, the checkouts moving and the store running.
We’d also really appreciate your help in keeping our staff and community well.
If you’re sick, please avoid coming into the supermarket if you can. We know you still need groceries, so we have some great options:
Order online and have your groceries delivered, contact-free.
Uber Eats, Deliver Easy and DoorDash are all available for grocery deliveries, so you can get what you need without having to leave home.
If you really do need to come into the store while you’re unwell, please consider wearing a mask.
And, as hard as it can be when you’ve got sick kids at home, please don’t bring them into the supermarket if they’re unwell either. We know sometimes it’s unavoidable, but where you can, please leave the bugs at home!
This isn’t about making anyone feel bad, it’s about looking after each other. We have staff members who are immunocompromised, and our team are working hard every day to keep the community supplied.
So please be kind, be patient, and help us keep our staff and customers as healthy as possible this winter.
