** Berkey Court Case Update **

The below email was received last week. GOOD NEWS is on the horizon!

“Dear Berkey® Dealers,

We recently met with the DOJ as well as with the new Trump appointed EPA director over Region 8 and his staff regarding the stop order placed on Berkey International that has handicapped our operations and damaged the brand and all of our businesses over the last 2 years. Our meetings were productive and we believe we will soon obtain a favorable resolution that will allow us to continue doing business and reestablish Berkey once again as the Gold Standard in Gravity Fed Water Filtration.

We expect a resolution sometime in August which could mean the SSURO has been dropped, or it may require further negotiations and time to resolve. We ask you to join us in hope and prayer that the decision will simply be to drop the SSURO and allow us to continue doing business without restrictions.

We will post a press release and or send out another dealer newsletter when we have news.
