We do things a little differently at Swift.
Everything starts with our philosophy: Mindfully Grown. Mindfully Made.
For us, that means partnering with growers who care deeply about their vineyards and being intentional with every decision we make in the winery. We question, challenge and refine each step along the way, always with one goal in mind: to create wines that are a true reflection of the site, the season and the people behind them.
We sit comfortably between the traditional and the new wave. We embrace modern winemaking techniques where they add value, while respecting the time-honoured practices that have stood the test of time.
Most of our wines are naturally fermented. We never fine our wines. We do gently filter them, simply to ensure they’re bright, stable and enjoyable to drink.
Above all, we’re not interested in making wines that fit neatly into a category. We’re interested in making wines that speak of place. Wines with personality, curiosity and drinkability. Wines that tell a story and invite another glass.
