Is the price of mince getting you down? TVP can help! TVP is a textured soy product with a neutral flavour that can be used to replace mince in recipes. It is high in protein and fibre and very gentle on the budget!

TVP can be used to fully or partially replace regular mince in all your favourite recipes like bolognese, nachos, meatballs or burgers as shown here. We added 1 cup of TVP soaked in half a cup of hot water for 10 minutes, then combined with 350g beef mince to use as you would 500g mince👌

TVP is great pantry staple for last minute dinners and is perfect for taking tramping or camping as it is super light - you get about 4 cups in one 240g bag 👏 It is also an easy way to sneak more plant- based foods into your diet!
