These scrolls have been a massive hit in recent months! They are the perfect fresh-baked treat, light and airy brioche dough filled with mouth-watering cinnamon sugar swirls, you’ll be wishing you had ordered more!

Hello all and Happy 2024!! 🥳 I hope the holidays were filled with love and happiness and everyone is ready to rock ‘n roll in the new year!

I have been so lucky to be able to spend the last month filling my cup! Lots of rest, laughs, walks on the beach and much needed time catch-ups with friends and family! I am constantly in awe of the amazing and supportive people in my life ❤️

Happy Holidays and all the best for 2024! Just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone for supporting Kait’s Cookie Co this year- what a start!! Your support has been absolutely instrumental in getting this small business off and running 🙏 ❤️

As many of you may know, I’m halfway through growing a wee human! This is the main reason you haven’t seen much posting or updates 🤰
As such, I am taking a much needed break to spend time with family here and overseas until February when I’ll be back to taking orders, selling brioche through Village Berries and heading to our local Gisborne Farmers Market! The business may slow down a bit in the coming year, but I’m still planning and dreaming and will come back in even more exciting ways!

It’s crazy where life takes you, eh?! One year ago today we were visiting family in Scotland and we’re lucky to get to Hermaness on northern tip of Shetland! I was tossing around this slightly bonkers idea of leaving my “normal” job and making cookies for a living 😜 …. it seemed like a far-fetched dream…Then, BAM 💥 look where we are today!! It feels like a dream come true every day to be making cookies for all you beautiful souls out there 🙏
