Receiving messages like this makes me feel so proud ! Thank you so much to our wonderful customers who appreciate what we are doing here. You really can taste the difference in a good quality egg. So thank you very much to our wonderful customers for supporting our little business and making this crazy adventure all worth it. Come and move our girls onto fresh pasture with us. This poultry netting is awesome for our girls. It keeps our girls safe from the nasty predators (looking at you wild cats) and it also makes sure that our girls are always laying eggs in a place where we can collect them daily because that’s what farm fresh eggs are - hand gathered daily to provide top quality eggs for you, your mates and whanau too.

As you can see here our mobile caravan lets us move our lucky girls to fresh pasture often. They are also helping our farm by spreading that good nitrogen (poo) around our paddocks for us to grow better grass for our sheep and cows. It’s a win - win. Happy Hens. Healthy Farm. NZFarming

The process of packing eggs in a small business. Everything is done by yours truly. Our eggs are unwashed and have got a date stamp on the inside “just got laid” to let you know when they were laid. There’s no best before date. Unwashed eggs can last up to a month as they have their “bloom” which protects them and helps them last longer. I’ve been putting our business card inside our cartons so people can read about what makes our eggs extra special.
