These bulbs are culinary or can be used for seed. $15 250g, $30 500g, $60 1kg. We post throughout New Zealand, with a minimum 500g order :)

Happy Spring Equinox for Monday everyone :)

The year and the garlic growing season sure is moving along quickly. We've finally had some decent weather this season and things are growing well. We've only had to get out the leaf blower once so far, which is part of our rust management procedure. On last Wednesday's full moon we got out our purpose built Cyclone Multi-Task sprayer from Chaos Springs and applied some of our own on site, farm made compost and bio-stimulants as part of our soil and crop nutrition management.

And then there was 2...... Our insurance programme for seed stock guarantee in the current climate of weather uncertainty. After's last years success we're pretty enthusiastic about growing as much garlic under tham as possible!

We've been busy here at Eastwood Vale Garlic getting this season's garlic in the ground. The green crops are down, new garlic beds have been formed and pampered and our early variety Tasmanian Purple is growing well. We hope you are keeping cozy and warm as we descend into winter :)
