nique approach to paying homage to time honoured viticulture and winemaking techniques along with a passion for pushing the boundaries to achieve something unique to us. Our vineyards are all located in the acclaimed area of Gladstone, Wairarapa. Our superior site selection consists of free draining alluvial Ruamahunga river terrace, perfect for our grapes to ripen naturally, thus allowing fruit to develop finesse and complexity by virtue of the climate and soil. All of our wines are crafted by hand in our three level state of the art gravity fed winery. the purpose built winery allows us to put as little stress as possible on the overall winemaking process, greatly improving the quality of our wines whilst also maintaining excellent energy efficiency.
