On this day, we had the pleasure of catering for 70 guests. They requested a beautiful spread filled with all the favourites —
Chilli prawns, Roast pork with gravy, Boneless BBQ chicken thighs, BBQ sipi, Lamb curry, and our delicious Seafood chowder. And of course, we had all the sides to go with it — lu, pasta and bacon salad, kumara, taro, freshly made puri, dinner rolls, tomato chutney and plenty of rice.
We made sure there was more than enough for everyone. Guests went back for seconds, filled their plates, and there was still enough food left over for everyone to pack some up and take home 💯

It really took a village 🤍

2 days of catering.
Over 1,100 individual meals prepared, packed and delivered. 😮‍💨
From the early morning prep, cooking and desserts, to packing every single plate and getting everything loaded and ready — this was definitely a team effort.

What a massive couple of days, but we got it DONE! 💪🏽🔥
