I can’t believe it’s time to make this post. As many of you will already know, this week will be my last week open at The Trout before I head to Australia to take up an exciting opportunity for at least the winter season.
I want to take some time to thank everyone who has supported my business over the last nearly three years, from all the events I’ve attended, to my regular customers who have been so loyal and supportive at The Trout in Gore, and even back in the earlier days in Mataura. I’ll truly miss you all and the trailer life, but I’m also really excited for this new adventure.

That said, I’ll be open this week Tuesday to Friday at The Trout, so come down for your last treat and coffee fix!

Hi everyone abit of update. Just thought I would let you all know that I will be reopening at the Trout, for the normal Tuesday to Friday next week on Tuesday 20th. I’m looking forward to seeing you all again then. Hope everyone has had a lovely Christmas and New Year. This year is shaping up to be already quite a busy one with a few events already, a lot coming up in the next while. I will try to keep you all regularly updated with my hours at the Trout as events do sometimes affect theses. Can’t wait to bring you all delicious treats and coffee this year ☺️

Just a heads up, l will be open Thursday Only 8.30am-3pm this week, at the trout, due to catering and another busy weekend ahead !! Don’t fear I will have plenty of Christmas treats available on Thursday see you all then. Next week i should back to my normal hours at the trout. Just a Quick Update !!
I will be open at the Trout this week, Wednesday and Thursday. Unfortunately due to being very busy with weekend events and catering over the next few weeks, you will notice I am at the trout a little less than usual. I will have scrolls available Thursday this week. I will have Christmas Treat Bags available from this week too. Stay tuned for more info about these.
