NOW HIRING – CASUAL RETAIL ASSISTANT
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Casual Retail Assistant to join our team!

Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Welcome customers, answer queries, and assist with product selection.
• Help customers locate items and check stock,
• Process cash, card payments accurately, including refunds and exchanges.
• Confidently operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately.
• Be confident working with numbers, prices, and a calculator.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised sales floor and shelves.
• Arrange displays and ensure products are correctly labelled.
• Restock shelves, rotate stock, and report stock discrepancies.
• Work well with the team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets.
• Be comfortable with lifting and moving stock as required.
• Able to cover Saturday’s shift

Skills & Qualifications
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, positive, and approachable attitude.
• Confident using POS systems.
• Confident with numbers and using a calculator.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving stock safely.
• Reliable, punctual, and a good team player.
• Retail experience is an advantage,
• Available to work on a casual basis, including Saturdays when required.

🌱 School Holiday Fun is Coming!
Looking for something fun, hands-on and healthy for the kids these school holidays? 👩‍🍳🌱

We’ve put together four playful activities where kids can make, taste, smell, create and learn without even realising they’re learning! 😄

⚡ 1. Energy Ball Fun
Kids get to roll, mix and make their own delicious energy balls! We’ll explore the ingredients, where they come from and what makes them a nutritious little snack.

🌿 2. The Great Spice & Herb Sniff Test 👃
Can you guess the spice just by its smell? 🤔
Kids will put their noses to work, guess different herbs and spices, and learn how these whole foods can be used. Then it gets even tastier with fruit skewers + herbs & spices to discover how flavours can change and come alive! 🍓🍍🌿

🌱 3. Microgreens Windowsill Garden
Time to get our hands dirty! 🪴
Using recycled egg cartons, the kids will scoop soil, plant seeds and create their very own mini garden. We’ll use quick-growing seeds such as alfalfa and wheatgrass, and yes, wheatgrass can even be enjoyed by our furry friends! 🐱

👩‍🍳 4. Mini Chef Retail Workshop – Funny Face Rice Cakes 😋
A little creativity, a little assembling and a whole lot of fun! Kids will make their own Funny Face Rice Cake using simple, healthy ingredients. No cooking required, just imagination!

📋 And yes… every activity comes with its own recipe card!
Kids can take the ideas home and show their families what they made and learned.
