Little fact about our double smash;

Back in 2019/2020 when I first started we were merely a gazebo and smoker on the street, the humble double smash was only $12 (wouldn't be in business still if it stayed that price🤣😶) and every part of that same burger (Infact all burgers) are exactly the same today.

Organic smashed ground beef (specific recipe)
Habanero mustard
Fresh brioche baked each morning
Ketchup never tomato sauce
McLure Pickles
Finely diced onion

Huge achievement today as Our head chef Blair James Glenny hits a 5 year milestone with probably a 99% attendance rate 👍

A lot has changed in 5 years, the restaurant was fresh and not even open yet, (restaurant turns 5 in Sept this year) so everything you see has all been done in thay time and Blair has been there for it all!

He is also the first to recieve the official Black Betty 5Year plaque which, huge congrats!

Some weeks over a tonne of meat goes out of the kitchen, across 100s of people every day and the high standard kept on food and in the kitchen each day is credit to him!

He is the mad creator behind every delicious cheesecake which is different each week and also most recently - the now famous Smokey Blue Toastie

Also will be releasing this years merch design dedicated to 5 years at Warren st! Let me know if youd like to order one 👍 tees, crew jersey & long sleeve.
