No bake Peanut Butter slice.....yum!!
Wholesome, nourishing, delicious.
I'm not great with measurements as I usually just throw things in. Life's full, I need easy.
Into the food processor went-
Nuts and seeds. I love using pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, I threw some cashews in there too. Use whatever you have. Melted about 100g butter & poured it in. Pinch of salt, bit of vanilla extract and pulse it around. It should hold together. If too dry, add more butter or coconut oil. You can add honey if you want it sweet. Pressed into a baking tin and popped into the fridge.
Roughly 1-2 cups of dates into a saucepan with 50g butter or coconut oil on low heat. Allow the dates to soften. Mix in about 1/2c peanut butter, I added some honey too. Put into food processor and mix. Add in 1/4c cacao or cocoa and pulse till combined. Spread on top of base layer and allow to set in fridge.
It never lasts long in our whare 🏠
