FROM GARDEN TO FORK AND NOISE!!

One of us has been galavanting as a bbq chef on a paradise island

The other has been at home grafting away, building garden beds and getting stuck into growing some of our own food. 😂

We’re keen to keep things fresh, sustainable and as organic as possible — and there’s something pretty cool about growing it ourselves, then turning it into something bloody delicious.

One of us got the island life.
The other got the dirt. 😂

We may be hibernating for winter, but we're already dreaming up spring feasts and unforgettable events. ❄️➡️☀️

We're missing all your lovely faces while the truck is tucked away for the season, but the good news is that bookings for October and beyond are now open!

Pictured here are a few of the dishes we'll be bringing back to the party:
🌽 Charred corn ribs with chipotle maple glaze & pecorino
🐟 Smoked salmon blini with pickled onion mousse

Fork and Noise is going into winter hibernation, which sadly means THIS THURSDAY is our last service for a while 😭

Come hang with us one last time at Queens Square in Hastings from 5–7pm. Eat something delicious, say hi, and help us clear out the fridge (yes, this is your official excuse to order extra 👀).

We’ve loved every minute of feeding you legends this season — seriously, you’ve been the best.
