P A R I T U A R E D . Have you tried one of our top flagship wines simply named Red?
Red is our Bordeaux-style blend - it’s rich and opulent made from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc. ‘Deep ruby in colour with a complex flavours of Black Doris plum, blackberry, wild forest berries, dark chocolate, and cocoa powder.
This is beautifully layered with savory hints of cedar, graphite, oyster shell, and baking spices’

Now there’s a tasting note for a perfect winter Red.

Our dreamy Willow tree where our Chardonnay is grown on the vineyard, thus ‘Paritua Willow Chardonnay.’

Our terroir is unique out here in the triangle. We have our deep aquifer running underneath our meandering stream, two sources of water for our vineyards to draw from.

We nourish our waterways by native planting and producing our grapes organically across our 54 hectares.

Our stewardship over the land is of upmost importance to us, a privilege we don’t take lightly.

We’re so proud to be one of Aotearoa’s biggest family owned organic wineries.

All our multi award winning wines will be on tasting and by the glass, and we have delightful Aotearoa-made produce to build your own platter.
