We are very fortunate to have power here and we have chiller space available if there is anyone out there who needs perishable goods storing until power is back up & running! One from last nights Decibel Dinner. Decadent chocolate cake with sesame tuile, crème fraiche & miso caramel sauce, served with an equally decadent 2019 Testify Malbec Merlot,not a bad end to the evening

Ben is still out there doing the thing he loves!!

Chef doing his thing! We're lucky to have Ben Cruse on board for our monthly Dinner Parties at Decibel Central.

Ben has had a long career in restaurants across both New Zealand and the United Kingdom where he has worked in kitchens such as the Michelin starred Yorke Arms, London's Somerset House, and local joints like Craggy Range and the Old Church. Most recently he ran the Little Black Bird cafe before shifting focus to boutique catering. So he was an easy first choice when it came to hosting dinner parties.
