This one is always a family favourite… and for good reason. 💜

Caramelised Onion, Sage & Feta Rolls with our Beetroot Relish. Golden, flaky pastry filled with sweet onion and creamy feta, then finished with a generous spoonful of beetroot on the side. A delicious lunch or dinner option.

Here’s what you need 👇

For the rolls
🧅 1 red onion, thinly sliced
🥬 2/3 pack baby spinach, roughly chopped
🫒 1 drizzle oil
🍯 1 tsp honey
🍷 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
🧀 100g feta, crumbled
🌿 1/2 pack sage stuffing spices
🍞 1/2 pack wholemeal breadcrumbs
🥚 1 egg yolk
🥐 1 pack vegan flaky puff pastry
🥛 1 Tbsp milk
🌻 1/2 pack super seeds

For the salad
🥬 Baby cos lettuce
🥒 Lebanese cucumber, ribboned
🌿 Fresh basil
🧀 30g grated parmesan
🫒 Olive oil

To serve
💜 3 Tbsp Maison Therese Beetroot Relish

Method
1) Cook onion in oil with a pinch of salt for 4 minutes. Add balsamic vinegar and honey and cook until caramelised.
2) Stir through spinach until wilted. Transfer to a bowl and mix in feta, sage spices, breadcrumbs and egg yolk.
3) Roll filling into pastry, cut into 4 pieces and place seam side down on a lined tray.
4) Brush with milk, sprinkle with seeds and bake at 220°C (200°C fan bake) for 20 minutes until golden.
5) Toss salad ingredients together and serve alongside warm rolls with a generous spoonful of our Beetroot Relish.

We don't make our jars to be saved for special occasions.

They’re made to be opened often and finished down to the last spoonful. Designed to bring more flavour to what’s already on your plate, lifting leftovers and making the most of what’s in the fridge.
A spoonful here, a little extra there, turning "simple" into a gourmet creation worth sitting down for.

They're made to be enjoyed often.

So open a jar, use it generously and see how creative you can get.

We’ve been reaching for this one a lot lately. 🧅✨

Our Balsamic Onion Relish has a sweet, tangy depth that is oh-so-good and its especially useful as the weather cools and meals get a little heartier. Spoon it into burger, layer it through a hot toasted sandwich or add it to barbequed meats and suddenly everything tastes better.

Made in New Zealand, naturally gluten free, vegan friendly and without added preservatives or colour. Just onions, spices and flavour that speaks for itself.

If you have not tried it in beef toasted sandwich yet, start there. Grab yours here ➡️ www.maisontherese.nz/product/balsamic-onion-relish

Look at us… getting all fancy. 💛🧥

The Maison Therese production crew are officially in their new named coats, and we won’t lie, there’s been a fair bit of strutting around. 😏

It turns out having your name on your coat makes it much harder to pretend you didn’t hear someone calling you from across the packing room.

Same familiar faces. Just a slightly sharper look while we’re at it.

Bread and Butter Pickle like you’ve never seen it before. 🍞🥒💛

If you’ve ever wondered how this Maison favourite is made, here’s a little look behind the scenes.

From slicing the gherkins to layering ribbons of onion and carefully seasoning each batch, it’s hands-on from start to finish. There’s something satisfying about watching it all come together.

And, there's always plenty of chuckles and laughs along the way, too.

We love supplying our products to businesses where the craft matters just as much as it does to us. 💛🧅🥒🍎

At Craggy Range, everything is made with intention, from the vineyard to the cellar door kitchen. We're proud that a few of our products are used on their platters and get to quietly play a supporting role alongside beautifully grown and prepared produce.

Our Pickled Cornichons, Bread and Butter Pickle and Beetroot Relish all make an appearance. Our Cornichons even find their way into a few sauces made in the kitchen.

If you haven’t visited the Craggy Range cellar door yet, it’s well worth the trip. The food is exceptional, and you may notice a few familiar flavours on your platter. 😉

We certainly don’t need much of an excuse to drop by ourselves.

We’ve built what we think might just be the perfect burger. 🍔🥒🔥

And we've added all the good stuff:

~ Sweet Chilli Relish for that hint of sweetness. 🌶️
~ Balsamic Onion Relish for richness and depth. 🧅
~ And the ultimate burger favourite... our Bread and Butter Pickle, because no great burger is complete without them. 🍞🥒🧈

Stacked high, with all the gourmet toppings and messy in the best way.

Make it for your next burger night. Save this for later.

Small additions can make a big difference to any dish. 💛

A spoonful of relish, a few slices of pickles or a dollop of chutney alongside a roast.

It doesn’t take much to transform a simple, everyday meal into something memorable. That’s the beauty of our preserves.

We make our products the way they’ve always been made, with quality ingredients chosen for flavour, so even the simplest meals feel a little more special.

Good food does not need to be complicated, it just needs the right jar.

Before Monique, Emma and Kate, there was Therese. Our Oma, and the woman behind it all. 💛

In her kitchen, she began by pickling onions, carefully preserving recipes that would one day grow into what we now know as Maison Therese.

The name itself means “Therese’s House,” a nod to where it all began, in a home kitchen filled with jars, patience and plenty of pride.

Oma has been a huge influence to everything we do and we are so grateful to carry on her legacy.
