The days are finally warming up and salad season is officially defrosting. 😉 🥗☀️

Which means it’s time for our Date & Cider Vinaigrette to shine. 🍾

Made with organic unfiltered cider vinegar and date syrup, it has a rich caramelised sweetness with the perfect amount of tang.

It’s especially good drizzled over fresh greens, roasted vegetables or whatever’s making its way into the salad bowl. The dressing really does make the salad.

There's more to an onion than meets the eye. 🧅

To us, every ingredient has a purpose. From the moment fresh produce arrives, we're already thinking about how to make the most of it.

Great flavour comes first, but using ingredients thoughtfully and reducing waste matters just as much.

One onion can become a relish, a chutney, a sauce or even a pickled onion, with every part put to good use.

We love seeing our products become part of someone else’s food story. 💛🍖🍗🍻

We’ve been supplying Dan, head chef Blair and the team at Black Betty BBQ with our Bread & Butter Pickle for some time now. And if there's one thing these guys know, it's their way around a BBQ!

Our pickles are right at home alongside those rich, smoky flavours. It’s a pretty good match, if we do say so ourselves. 😉

If you haven’t tried Black Betty BBQ yet, it’s an absolute must. Keep an eye out for a few familiar pickles while you’re there. 🥒

The best way to end the day. 🥒🥂

There’s something about cracking open a jar of pickles that says it’s platter time. A good cheese, something crunchy, a few favourite bits from the fridge and of course, plenty of Maison Therese pickles.

Piled onto a platter or enjoyed straight from the jar, there’s really no wrong way to do it.

The hardest part is choosing which ones!

Pretty chuffed to see our pickles play a part in this delicious pie creation.

It was meant to be a limited-time flavour, but it’s been so popular it’s now here to stay.
