We're delighted to welcome our friend Antoine Sipp —aka Le Sublayeur— to Decibel this Friday night! As a winemaker, he has spent several years following the routes of wine, first across Europe, then in Australia, and now in New Zealand at Paritua Vineyards. He performs wherever the grapes take him.

After a classical training in violin and singing, Le Sublayeur developed a passion for improvised music shaping a style centered on spontaneity and musical freedom. With his guitar and violin, he creates live soundscapes that blend Brazilian harmonies with touches of neo-soul and psychedelic rock, enhanced by colourful vocal harmonies.

MEET THE TEAM! These cutie pies grew up to the force behind all things Decibel....

DAN - aka Decibel Dan, the brains and brawn of the whole thing. Pictured here with Pop Rodolico!
JADE - money whizz who spends way too much of her time chasing the team for receipts. Believe it or not, her hair is even more fabulous these days!
FABI - our cellar door boss who works in the winery on the side. Retired from clown-life, but guaranteed to make you laugh.
HOLLY - does anything and everything from grapes to labels to curtains. Still enjoys a good hat & a drink.
JESS - events queen who's ready to host your next work drinks. No doubt she still has pink gumboots, though we wouldn't trust her with the tractor (sorry)

Live at Decibel is back this week! A short, sharp dose of live music and wine to ease you into the weekend. Friday nights at 5:30pm. Come for a tasting, stay for the tunes, then head out for dinner or drift into the evening, no rush.

This Friday we welcome back Richie Setford aka Bannerman; a songwriter, vocalist and session player, going on 30 years in the bizzz. His songwriting is cinematic and affecting, mixing melancholy and pathos with absurd humour and surrealism.
