New Release - Vintage 2024 was a welcome return to form for Hawke’s Bay, resulting in beautifully ripe fruit with lots of crunchy acidity and near-perfect harvesting conditions.

One of the all-stars from this vintage is our new release 2024 Declaration Méthode Traditionelle. It's elegant and complex with notes of green apple and lemon zest. The perfect accompaniment to succulent, fresh, salty oysters.

Kevin took this image of our vineyard, which hangs with pride in our Declaration Room. The vivid colours inspired the palette you see in our cellar door and restaurant.
