Our Dazzle™ trees are getting a high-tech helping hand this season with drone spraying technology.

By using drones, we're able to apply products more precisely, reducing waste, minimising soil compaction, and lowering fuel use compared with traditional methods. It's a smarter, more sustainable way to care for our orchards while continuing to grow the high-quality apples PickMee! is known for.

We're always looking for ways to improve our environmental footprint and embrace technology that helps us farm more efficiently and sustainably.

Granny Smith harvest is underway here in Hawkes Bay! 🍏

The orchards are looking sharp with those bright green beauties coming off the trees and into the bins. Crisp, tangy, and perfect not just for eating fresh but for all those classic kitchen favourites; apple pies, crumbles, and good old-fashioned stewed apples. Nothing quite beats the smell of Granny Smiths cooking away in the kitchen.

Just one of the many varieties we’re harvesting at the moment (watch this space for more updates) with the season keeping the crews busy right across the orchards.

Huge shout out to the team out there doing the mahi — ladders up and bins filling fast. Early starts, plenty of laughs, and another great day getting the fruit off safely. 💪🍏🚜
