Wild Game is a small family run business that produces high-end quality smallgoods made from New Zealand wild venison. Included in our range is Chorizo, Boudin Noir (french black pudding), and our flagship Salami 'The Hunter". These products are available in Farro Fresh stores and selected New Worlds. We also supply to some of NZ's top restaurants including Logan Brown, Elephant Hill, 'The Farm at

Cape Kidnappers, Huka lodge to name a few. We also offer a private proccessing service to Hunters and Farmers where animals/meat can be brought in and made into a variety of products including salami, chorizo, beersticks, a range of sausages including gluten-free options, patties, savaloys, mince and whole animal processing. Wild Game has always been built on quality, honesty, and respect, values we're proud to continue.

We're Varnnah and Jordan Hamilton-Bicknell, and we're passionate about turning your game or farm animal into restaurant quality products you'll be proud to share.

Jordan spent six years with the previous owner, growing the On Site Processing aspect of the business and creating many of the recipes our customers love today, whilst picking up awards along the way. His butchery career began at just 15 years old in Woodville, giving him years of hands-on experience and a genuine passion for quality meat processing.

As a keen hunter himself, Jordan understands the value of every animal. That's why we take pride in producing premium cuts and handcrafted smallgoods from your own meat.
