I get huge joy from handcrafting pasta that’s dreamy to cook and even better to eat. Plus I use only Gluten-Free flour, and no eggs, so my pasta is Gluten-Free AND Vegan!! The gorgeous colours are naturally derived entirely from fresh veggies. So here you have it, from Mamma’s little kitchen in Hastings, my heart and soul in a packet, ready for you to enjoy.
