We celebrated 70 years since Te Mata Orchards has been established. Its gone through ups and downs and expansion and contraction. But wait there's more. Exciting happenings in the works. It was a lovely get together of ex workers and existing workers. We also acknowledged the exemplary contribution Ian Videan made to the continuation of the orchard in his 50 years working here. His work ethic and array of skills are sorely missed.
Thank you Ian for all your hard work. Time for you to rest i ngā ringa o Te Atua.
My success is not mine alone but MY success is because of the collective.
