🥂 VILLAGE QUAFFERS ANNUAL CH*****NE & BUBBLES TASTING! 🥂

The biggest night on the Village Quaffers calendar is back! Join us on Wednesday 11th November for our annual Ch*****ne & Bubbles Tasting, just in time to get your Christmas and summer celebrations sorted. We've lined up a fantastic selection of fizz, from Ch*****ne to some seriously delicious sparkling w**es. Expect a great mix of styles, plenty of new favourites to discover and all the usual Quaffers fun and laughs along the way.

Tickets include:
🥂 A glass of Ch*****ne Laurent-Perrier on arrival
🍾 8 Ch*****ne & sparkling w**e tastings
🧀 A simple shared cheese platter

🥂 **WIN A $100 ADVINTAGE VOUCHER**

We're bringing back a bit of old-school fun with a Ch*****ne Chair Competition.

Those little wire cages that hold the cork in a bottle of bubbles can be turned into some pretty impressive miniature chairs, and we'd love to see what you can come up with.

There's a $100 Advintage voucher up for grabs for our favourite creation.

How to enter:
1. Make your own Ch*****ne chair using the wire cage from a bottle of bubbles.
2. Take a photo and share it on Facebook or Instagram.
3. Tag **es so we can see your creation.

Whether you keep it traditional or try something a little different, we're looking forward to seeing the results.

🍷 HARVEST Hawke’s Bay is back for 2026!
Get ready for an incredible day celebrating everything that makes Hawke’s Bay New Zealand’s Food & W**e Country.

Taking place on Saturday 21st November in a spectacular riverside setting in the Tuki Tuki Valley, HARVEST brings together some of the region’s best w**eries, eateries and local talent for one seriously good day out.

Taste your way through w**es from 18 Hawke’s Bay w**eries, alongside a local award-winning craft brewery, with 10 eateries serving up delicious dishes made with locally sourced ingredients. From some of the region’s biggest names to smaller boutique producers, there’ll be plenty to discover throughout the day.

Add three live bands, great food, great w**e and the beautiful Tuki Tuki Valley backdrop, and you’ve got all the ingredients for a brilliant Hawke’s Bay afternoon. ☀️🍷🎶

Shoutout to everyone who came along to the Village Quaffers Annual Fundraiser for Hastings Karamu Rotary! We had 145 there on the night and together we raised $3,260 for Rotary’s Youth Section.

Special thanks to the Rotary crew for being such standouts in our community. We sold a truckload of w**e with Mount George Ultimatum Reserve our top seller on the night. 🍷

Join us at Advintage this Saturday for a special tasting of sake and umeshu (plum w**e) from the award-winning Nakano Brewery in Wakayama, Japan.

The Shino family has been importing from Nakano Brewery into New Zealand for more than 40 years, and we’re looking forward to sharing these w**es and their stories with you.
