FOR FOGGS SAKE is hitting the table!

And this one… I’m bloody excited about. 😂

I’ve stuffed one of my pretzels with Fix & Fogg banana caramel peanut butter, drizzled it with Whittaker’s 50% dark chocolate, added crushed dried banana chips, a piece of that delicious banana caramel chocolate AND a wee sprinkle of sea salt.

Because apparently I don’t know when to stop. 🤷‍♀️😂

But honestly… I think this one might be a bloody winner.

A wee public thank you to Bee & Graham from Bee's Bites ❤️

These two absolute legends helped me out ALL day yesterday. From helping me get set up in the morning, to holding down the gazebo when the wind really started to pick up, and then helping me condense everything down when the wind got too dangerous to keep the gazebo up.

And then, as if that wasn’t enough, they helped me pack everything away at the end of the day too.

Yesterday was a bloody wild one with that wind, and having an extra pair of hands (or four!) made such a difference.

And while I’m giving them a wee shout-out… have you SEEN their menu?! 🤤 So many delicious-looking options, with most things available GF too!

I had the kumara chippies yesterday and they were bloody fantastic — and, even better, they didn’t hurt my poor tummy one bit! 🙌

Bee & Graham, you guys are absolute legends. I thoroughly enjoyed working alongside you both and I’m so bloody grateful for all your help yesterday.

And guess what?! 👀

I got home from today’s event to a very exciting little welcome gift…

MY EFTPOS MACHINE ARRIVED! 🎉💳

So tomorrow at the Farmers Market, you can pay for your freshly baked goodness with card! 🙌

I can accept all forms of card payment, including contactless, credit and international cards.

BUT… here’s the little catch. Some of those payment types cost little old me a surcharge. 😅

For now, I’m happy to absorb that cost because I’m still finding my feet with EFTPOS — and I really like my pricing, and I think you guys do too! ❤️

So if you can, I’d really appreciate you swiping or inserting your card where possible rather than tapping. It helps keep those sneaky little fees down and hopefully means I can keep my prices where they are. 🥨

Right… enough EFTPOS talk.

FRIDAY — you can grab your pretzel fix from Otto’s Corner Store ❤️

SATURDAY — I’ll be down at the Great South Esk Street Food Market from 11am–3pm, with ALL your favourites fresh and ready to go! 🥨

AND… if you’re heading to Oktoberfest at Crafty's Invercargill 🍺🍻, you’ll find Paddy’s salted pretzels there too!

So go on… grab yourself a b**r, grab a pretzel and have a bloody good time! 😂🥨🍺

I’ve been working on something VERY delicious for October… and after taste-testing it, I can confirm…

We have a winner. 🤤

BUT… it doesn’t have a name yet! 👀

So let me introduce you to October’s Pretzel of the Month 👇

✨ Stuffed with Fix and Fogg Banana Caramel Peanut Butter
✨ Drizzled with Whittaker’s 50% Dark Chocolate
✨ Covered in crushed dried banana chips
✨ Topped with a piece of Whittaker’s Banana Caramel Chocolate
✨ Finished with just a little sprinkle of sea salt

And OH. MY. GOODNESS. 🤤

You get the banana, the caramel, the peanut butter, the rich dark chocolate, the little bit of crunch from the banana chips and that tiny hit of sea salt that brings the whole thing together.

Sweet. Salty. Chocolatey. Peanutty. Banana-y.
Basically… everything I love in one pretzel. 😂

I taste-tested it and, in a moment of very poor self-control, I ate the WHOLE THING.

I could have just jumped on ChatGPT and asked it to come up with a name… 😂

But where’s the fun in that?!

I thought it would be way cooler to let YOU GUYS name it!
