An honour to be featured in Southland Express! I never imagined Healthy Munch what started from my little home kitchen would make it this far. I’m truly humbled by this recognition and feel so happy. Thank you so much to all the amazing whānau, schools, childcare centres, and of course the tamariki. Special thanks to Nina Tapu for the beautiful write-up and for capturing the essence of Healthy Munch so thoughtfully. I will treasure this always. 🙏

Running Healthy Munch while being a mum of two young kids is not always easy. Some days I feel like I'm just chasing time. I might not post often, but every kind word, every order, and every smile from your tamariki makes it all worth it.

This message from one of our amazing parents reminded me why I do what I do.
