Dinner in our house tonight 🍲

Cap on loin fillet, so simple, tender and TASTY!

🧄 Let rest out of the fridge for 30mins, marinade it in olive oil, rosemary, garlic and salt & pepper
🍳Sear for 3-4mins cap side down to render down the fat, giving all the flavour
⏲️ Roast in the oven for 10-12mins on 180degs
⏳Rest, slice up & serve

It’s about time we properly introduced ourselves. We’re the husband-and-wife team behind Leelands, and late last year we were lucky enough to take over this special little lamb business.

🐑 Marc has spent over a decade in the meat industry — he knows his way around a quality lamb (and isn’t afraid to be picky).

📣 Jess brings years of marketing experience, making sure what we produce is shared properly and honestly.

We’re a boutique lamb company, meaning we do everything ourselves — from our paddocks to your plate. Farming, processing, packing, and marketing… it’s all us.
No sales reps. No distributors. No middlemen.

So if you flick us a message or give us a call, you’ll be talking directly to Marc or Jess.
